I've been using the nuva ring. The box says to store it under 86 degrees F. I've been keeping it in my dresser..is that ok? It's about 105 F here, but we only have a swamp. The today I relized what I was doing so I put them in the freezer in a small cardbored box. Are they still effective?

Probably not, especially after the freezer. Try to call a clinic in your area, if you have a planned parenthood clinic they will be happy to answer any questions or help you in any other way. Good luck.

Who knows if they are effective or not.

Frezing them is probabbly a bad idea - it tends to do wierd things to all sorts of chemicals.

A safe bet would be to toss them in the fridge.

I think the refrigerator would be better than the freezer. You should ask your doctor or pharmacist about this.

they should be!! your dresser should be fine too! put a thermometer in your dresser and check on it in about 3 minutes and it will tell you how hot your dresser is, and then you can keep them there if it is cool enough! should be though!!
