depends on what the felony was for... i know where I work we only care about felony convictions within the past 10 years, and this is a pretty conservative office.

My company looks back only 7 yrs for felonies. If you robbed a bank, I doubt you'll be able to get a job working for a financial institution. If you are a good citizen now and haven't been in any kind of trouble I"m sure you should be able to get a decent job. :-)

It depends on the company you are applying for, what you were convicted of and how long ago it was. If you are applying at a bank and was convicted of armed robbery, i dont think you would get the job.
