Hi I want to become a singer but I cant affored singing lessons or books or tapes or anything. People tell me that I cant sing but I think if I work on it I can be decent. How do I train?. Please help.

you have to listen to many diffrent songs and artists to find the one that is singing in your key or note then sing along with taht music..you have to practice all the time and dont try to sing ain a way that is not your style..you a re probably trying to sing in a diffrent style that fits you...go back to the 50's and start there rythems are easier to pick up...pracitce,practice,practice and good luck..ps

well, some ppl r just born able to sing. Since u say u r not one of them, then i say just try to do lots of scales, practice some of your fav songs, and just play around with it. If any of your friends have a god singing voice, maybe they can help u. Hopefully, your voice will warm up to singing and you'll be on your way to stardom!
