I think you would need to check with the person who has used this lingo as have tried searching some of the known websites for lingo to find out what it stands for but haven't been able to get any results.

you'll have to ask the person that sent it to you. i checked the acronymfinder and got no response. you can also try one of these computer terms dictionaries
