I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I lost sixty pounds in about six months. I really think 120 would be too much in that short of time. Just make sure that you are keeping your calorie intake less than your calorie usage and you will lose weight. I now wear a size four and was a size 16. Good luck!

120 pounds in 6 months doesn't sound very realistic to me (unless you're on that biggest loser show...and even then it's pretty unrealistic)...

It's pretty healthy to lose about 2 pounds a week
I like to do exercise like pilates and yoga from video tapes...I also change it up during the week by walking, biking, sports, etc... If you want to tone your body for a slimmer body, you'll have to throw in some toning exercise as well...(sit ups, lifting light weights, etc...)

Other than that though, sounds like you're at a good start with 2 miles of walking, lots of veg and fruit, and lots of water, I drink about 80 ounces a day

I wouldn't recommend a no carb diet...we all need carbs. Most of all I'd exercise and watch my calorie intake. (though don't go overboard on carbs)

What I do is eat light througout the day, about 5-6 meals per day, with lots of water...though i have a bigger dinner because my calorie intake can allow for it...I usually have whatever I want for dinner...just watch your portions
Portion control is key!

It sounds like you have the hang on things. Continue to walk daily, drink lots of water, and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. There are some fruits you should eat in moderation though...bananas, mangos, papayas and cranberries. Load up on strawberries, peaches, cherries, apples, and oranges while they're in season. Also, eat only fresh fruits, not canned fruits; during the winter season, buy frozen fruits that are not loaded with sugar. I recommend you buy this book and read it. It helped me lose weight and I've kept my weight off now that I've learned to eat healthier instead of yo-yo dieting. I hope it helps you as much as it helped me..GOOD LUCK!

I was told that you should drink 1/2 your body weight in water daily.....in doing so it will flush fat from your body....when i started loosing weight I did the same as you .....and also you may want to check in to some "slimming teas" that are natural none of that metabolife and all that.....but I use a brand name "triple leaf" and it works very well...when I started I lost 20lbs in 2mots.....Remember you didn't gain it all in 6mots so you won't loose it all in that time frame...(keep it healthy)

I wish you much success!!!

I would talk to your doctor about it,because if you lose to much weight in so little time you can mess your body up and gain the weight right back.I would also look into curves.
