Why do headbands give you head aches?

They are too tight! Try a looser one or a soft one.

Because not all headbands are extremly soft or loose some are very tight. and if you keep wearing them then you can get hurt becuase if can cut your circulation. so stop wearing the tight headbands or you can get big headaches or they can cut your circulation.

Headbands restrict bloodflow and are often too tight around your scalp. As stylish (and helpful) as they may be, they sometimes do more harm than good!

ur head too big for ur headband. loosen the headband to ur confort dear.

You probably have it too tight, try loosening it or buying ones that are a bit bigger
