This is part of an ad that I heard on the radio and this particular sentence from that ad didn't make any sense to me at alll and I was hoping someone would be able to clarify this phrase for me, as I don't understand that phrase at all.

I'd be guessing. Someone feels that the normal way of purchasing whatever this was is too limiting ("crushing shackles"), and this is an advertisement for a more effective or efficient way to purchase. Perhaps an Internet sales gimmick? Whatever; if you can't understand it at all, and I am reduced to guessing, it doesn't sound like very effective advertising to me. You and I are something like two generations apart in age; this ad writer is assuming a great deal about his audience that you and I both miss. I think he's a fool, myself!
