It would have to be Joy Division playing Bains-Douches. The only preformance of this I've heard is a bloody awful bootleg. The quality was so bad that I'm almost certain I could hear where some bits were edited.
That, and also the fact that Ian Curtis was probably one of the greatest preformers there has ever been.
I would also love to have seen the original preformances of Samuel Barber, in particular Adagio for Strings which is one of the few classical pieces I actually like. He isn't well known as a composer which I think is a bit sad really....

I Would say that Pink Floyd's The Wall, for the pics of the Vinyl Album seems it was awesome. Plus its a very important affair in contemporary history.
