Mad? I wouldn't even be there when he finally showed up. You teach people how to treat you based on your reactions to their bad behavior. The best way to let him know that this is unacceptable is to leave him a note and go hang with your friends or something else you'd enjoy doing.

It depends on the reason he is late. Did he call to let you know he was going to be late, or is he just not showing up? Once you find out his reason, then you can decide to be mad or not.

I would no longer be available for the date, unless he had a major emergency. If his is late to dates now, he will always be late. Have enough respect for yourself to only date people that respect you.
