In march 1992 my family had a house fire.I wasn't home at the time because i was doing remodeling work at a different location.At one thirty in the morning my son called and said the house was on fire,and that his mother was still inside.I arrived about 15 minutes later to watch my home go up in flames with my wife inside. The flames were so intense the fire dept. couldn't go inside.When they were finally able to,they found my wife underneath the bedroom window.I was told she suffered because the autopsy revealed she was breathing in flames before she died.I still miss her terribly and still relive that night in my mind.I can still smell the smoke and feel the heat of the flames.I can only pray that someday I'll get the chance to tell her I still love her and I'm sorry for not being there for her in her most desperate hour.
