Not everyone hates mice. Some individuals in the world worship mice and many keep them as pets. Rats are a different story.

Ooh, I don't hate them, I love mice! I used to work in a pet store and I really grew to like them. Especially the black and/or gray ones. They're so cute. My fiance won't let me have any, though. He doesn't like them.

Its alot of peoples opions like some love mice and have them as pets and breed them and others feed them to their snake.

some are just afraid of small fury walking creatures and they are afraid of getting bitten (once I scarred my mother with little mice that I found but they moved so suddenly in my hand and I accidental scared myself and dropped it, the poor guy I hurt him, but he or maybe she recovered and left), while others are thinking that they are pests disease carrying little monsters (well mostly they are), everyone is afraid of something.

people hate mice just like people hate bugs and stuff like that. they're little and carry diseases and scurry around. that scares people for some reason.
