There is a product out there that is specially made for glas top stoves. You can buy that and the razor that is made for it too. I know that when my parents bought a new stove some came with it (minus the razor of course). Just ask at any supermarket or department store. They'll gladly help.

Use a straight edged blade to scrape off the excess then cerama bryte for the rest if you still have trouble woolite wool scrubbing pads are great.

baking soda or soft scrub either way it will take a little elbow grease s well
