Well, different persons have different answers.
For each person his/her own country has a special place and will try to say that country is great.
for example if you ask me, I will say India is great, if you ask an American he/she will say USA, a Japanese will say Japan etc.
Also your question needs some more finer narrowing down. Ex. which country is great in technology? etc. As a country cannot be great in all aspects as we see presently.
Well, according to power, America is definitely in the leading.
Development, we have America, Western Europe and some Asian countries like Japan, Singapore and Australia etc.
In terms of spirituality, history, culture (again it changes from people to people) India definitely has a very old and vibrant cilture and diversity.
Millitaril power USA is supposed to be strongest, but seeing Iraq and Afghanistan, one has doubts... Russia is catching up too.
Education, nordic states are the toppers and then come other developed countries of western Europe and USA and others.
As said, you need to narrow down your question.

Switzerland.
Politically Neutral- enough room for capitalists and socialists.
VERY developed, yet nature flourishes
Wages- among the best in the world.
Education- among the most elite
Reach- somewhat limited, but everyone wants to bank there.
Power- Where is the U.N headquarters again???

This is easy, we know the most advanced country is the USA.
There are other developed countries but USA is the best
