i have a friend or had and we are kinda upset at each other right now and we have stop talking not completely but not as we used to talk a few months ago and i want to know what to do cus i dont want to lose him as a friend but i dont want to sofocate him with emails or calls or txts so what can i do

say sorry if it is your fault....
if it is not, just talk to him and say hi (through email, phone or txt)... tell him that whatever happens you're still his friend. if you got no response from him.... then let it be. sooner or later he will realize how a good friend you are to him.

It sounds like theres not a lot you can do. I understand that you don't want to be that annoying person that won't stop calling or filling up his text inbox. I would jus call him and say, "Whats going on?" or "I don't even care about what you said, its all good". And, you have to leave it up to him to make the next move.

Leave him alone for a bit... and than start talking to him or he'll start talking to you. I have a long distant friend to and if he doesnt feel like talking i leave him alone for a bit and he usally talks to me in a few days

1st whats the reason why you are not talking at the moment. how long is long distance for you. how long have you been friends for. and why would you suffocate him if he is just a friend..not unless you wanted more out of this relation and maybe he doesnt..

Talk to him about how you feel and how often should you get up with him before it gets to be to much!!!
