Xin chào (Vietnamese means "Hi"), is what you should learn first :) But dont worry if you cant speak correctly. Just say HELLO, everybody can understand (we dont have good morning, good afternoon, good evening ... just simple like that: xin chào).

If you plan to come here, contact me and I can teach you how to speak Vietnamese fluently, 'cause it's not easy to speak Vietnamese.

Btw, give you some useful words:

Cám ơn = Thank you
Xin lỗi = Sorry
Tôi = I
Bạn = You
Tôi có thể = May I
Bao nhiêu (bao nhiêu tiền) = How much
(Tiền = money)
Tạm biệt = Goodbye
Hẹn gặp lại = See you again
