Gold Bond Powder(the original in the gold container if you don't mind a stronger more medicated scent) Gold Bond Baby Powder (it is still medicated, but has a softer, lighter scent) Desitin Creamy with Aloe and Vitimin E (soft scented and not greasy like the original desitin, which works well, but does stain clothing) and there is a newer product called Monistat-Ultimate Care- Chafing Relief Powder Gel which works very well but is more expensive than the other items I mentioned. Believe me in the heat and high humidity the whole country has been experiencing, for the most part; I don't think anyone would be cruel enough to not give you a serious answer...and if someone is idiotic and cruel; just ignore them. Hope that this helps, and if we all pray for lower humidity and heat; it couldn't hurt.

Baby powder, Desitine Diaper rash medication, and vasoline. Yes these baby products work for adults too. I have the same problem and I use them.

wash and dry the area well using a mild soap like ivory. apply hydrocordisone cream and a light dusting of cornstarch or baby powder.
