Apparently he hasn't been back to Arsenal since he retired, is this true? And why?

No he wasn't playing, but I believe he has been back to the old stadium (Highbury) since he left. Infact, I think he was there for the last match at Highbury (against Wigan) on the last day of the Premiership...

I thought he was playing didnt Van Basten chip it over him and nearly score in the 2nd half, im sure the commentator said it was him, mind you there were that many changes that if you blinked you might of missed him.
