Maxi Rodriguez's (ARG-MEX) was probably the "sexiest", or the best, whatever you want to call it, because its just so like...beautiful...outside the box on the right side, gets a long air ball from near the halfline, chests it for control and without letting it bounce just SPANKS a volley to far post high corner...PLUS it came in extra time and was the game winner that advanced them to the quarterfinals, so that makes it better. The second "sexiest" goal was the first goal of the tournament, by Lahm (GER-CRC). He cuts by two defenders on the left side, angles in just outside the left side of the penalty area, and just sends a rocket towards the back post top corner which goes in off the post and maybe 3 inches under the crossbar, the only way you can place that better is if it is 2-2.9 inches higher...pretty "sexy." The third "sexiest" goal, as much as I hate to say it, was probably Grosso's (ITA-GER). Getting free in the box, and just placing it perfectly to the far post, just inside the woodwork, and it was the winner in extra time which makes it better. Other "sexy" goals were: All of Germany's (just pretty goals, rather individual brilliance or great teamwork), Rosicky's first (CZE-USA), Torres's first (SPA-UKR), Ghana's against the Czech Republic, Marquez's (MEX-ARG), Beckhams (ENG-ECU), Ronaldo's (BRA-GHA), and Ribere's (FRA-SPA).

Note: when I say "sexy" I do not mean that they turn me on.

My favorite was Maxi Rodriguez's turnaround shot in extra time to beat Mexico. Watch for it in the match highlights at:

"sexiest" ?? i don't think there is a sexy goal and an ugly one ^^
if you mean "best goal", then my mind goes directly to Del Piero's goal against Germany, that was one hell of a killing goal, Gilardinho's blind pass, and the way del piero sent it to score were just amazing.
