A tip to avoid rash and bumps, the problem is that people are using products containing mineral oil, animal products and alcohol and fragrances these all are very damaging for our skin's health.... mineral oil because it is an ingredient that is derivated form petroleum....it will be like using car oil and exposing your self to the sun in fact it is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin (1st thing will be the sun) Animal product come form rendering plants, these plants pick all dead animals from the road, meatmarkets etc and what they do is put them in a huge pot and squash everything inside and boil it the oil that comes to the top is what other companies use to formulate their "beauty" products ... gross i know.. eww lipstick and aghhh ...also using fragrances or chemicals or dyes are known irritants and can cause allergic reactions...i use botanically based products called arbonne and i buy them online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com ... under shop online....I think you could still ask for a free sample...anyway i use their face wash, yes you read right, a face wash, this face wash leaves my skin silky shinny and smooth, and after that you can put their body lotion fast without waiting for it will not give you a reaction or sting, try also shaving a fewer times at the begining until your skin regenerates the moisture again. works wonderful for me and the best thing is that you could shop online, receive it in your house and if ther is something you do not like about the products which is rarely to happen, you return the item and they give your money back .... you have nothing to loose, just dry skin and red bumps ;~)

I know everyone is afraid of waxing. However I do it and I LOVE it.

For first timers don't get EVERYTHING waxed, THAT will hurt like hellp.
Don't take any shots or any type of alcohol drink before you go, that makes it hurt worse, not less.
Take 2-3 advils 20 minutes before you go.
Make sure the hair isn't too short, a good length is 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch.

The more you get it done the less it hurts, i just got one a week ago and it hardly hurt. Seriously.

After you get a wax there might be some little stray hairs, not alot just a few, then a day later just shave thoses, and make sure to exfoliate. If you do all this then you'll be hairless for 4 weeks +

Also another great thing about it is when the hair DOES start to grow back not all of it grows back and it also takes FOREVER for it all to grow back so then you have another like 2-3 weeks were you can shave it without gettting a ton of ingrown hairs and the red bumps.

Happy waxing!

I have yet to find anything that does not hurt. I tried nads it ripped out a chunk of skin. I tried some little hair puller from the drugstore it hurt like hell. Did the shaving it hurt. Nair it burned. Tried electroylysis it made me want to scream. I have seen that there is some thing where they use a little thread and pull just the hair and not the skin. Looks easier but who knows. Looks expensive. All I can say is after I terrorized my skin there so many times there is not as much hair to deal with. Good luck. If you find something that does not hurt tell me. For now I am sticking with shaving. It hurts the least.
