Ughh, I have so much static all over my rooms. I already know that HUMIDETY is the enemy of STATIC, but the problem is that it is already so humid in here, please help...
By the way, my cat is also is full of it, so he is asking for your help as well.

NOTE: I am using fabric softener on sheets.
- I get static shock when I touch:
Sofa, door, treadmill, my cat...etc.

Use dryer sheets in your laundry, including your sheets and any area rugs that you wash in the machine. A humidifier will moisturize the air is likely to solve the problem - it is probably not as humid as you think it is in there if you are having static problems.

On the other hand, it may be your rug or carpet. Certain types of surfaces will generate more static than others. If it is an area rug, consider rolling it up and storing it for a while. If the static continues, you know it isn't the rug.

Quick cheap fix dilute fabric softener and mist what ever you have trouble with. Not the cat though for him try feeding Summon oil or tuna oil.

If yuor humidity is less than 50% than yu need to add humidity and you wil not have the static problem

the best way is to use a spray bottle and fabric softener. add a little water and spray through out the house.
