Get this Anti-Spyware software from Microsoft.
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

It will help with spyware and adware.

For a pop-up blocker with Internet Explorer just go to Tools > Pop-Up Blocker > Pop-Up Blocker Settings.

Whoa, be careful there. My brother was infected with the same thing. It says he is infected with spyware and it wants you to buy their software. Is the program spyware quake by any chance? There's a lot of stuff you need to do to get that out of your system.

You already have a Yahoo Account, right?

Yahoo has a popup blocker. Find it and activate it.

Then go to either download. com or komando.com, and download an anti-spyware progam such as ad-aware

Ugh! I hate spyware, but if you have a total virus spam firewall program you normally don't even have to deal with them. I have McAfee Security and it is wonderful. Even a computer illiterate like me can be safe. Does your comuter have go back so you can revert it to a date before you had them on? I had it on Gateway, but not on my Dell. Good luck with it.

well it depends what system mac or pc?

if it's pc look at what it's called and then go start, control panel, add or remove progams and then look for the name of the spam that pops up, then when you find it click delete to the right. On mac i'm not sure, i haven't really ben using them lately.

all you need is a spark plug. throw the plug thru the screen on your pc. then, replace the entire system with a life. like-go to work, eat lunch, have an affair with the hairy-faced bus driver on your route, spank your kids, smoke heroin or something, and just feel the burn of living. screw that computer, man.
