That's almost one a year! How can I research this to find out if it is true and what the resolutions were?

You can always get your answers regarding UN resolutions on their site.

No the UN was just broken once, when it was created. ;)
They haven't ever decided to rebuild it to break it again.

If you are referring to resolutions, then yes. While you are doing research on this, why not list the number of all the resolutions since 1948 that have either been broken or ignored. I know Saddam in 13 years broke 15 or 16 of them, so his average was worse then Israel. Hopefully we have broken a large number of them too, they are meaningless.
