no marijuana is not a cure its eases some symptoms but note it that it is highly addictive and consist about of some 400 chemicals involved in it ,some of them are also carcinogenic.

No pot can not cure cancer, many people with cancer do smoke it, because it does help with pain and nausea

no but sometimes it is perscribed by the name cannabis for cancer or glaucoma. Mostly the cancer it is given for is bone cancer. It helps with pain that most medicine will not touch.

I know of no disease it cures.
It does relieve symptoms of some disease.
like glaucoma for instance.

i dont know but there was old man were i live at that got busted for it and he died from not having it so i think some how it helps. there was and big right up about it in the paper and it made the news
