1) Lack of service/knowledge.
Hiring people who are not trained to answer questions or find items in the store.
2) Line ups.
If your store is that busy hire more people.
3) Attitude
Being friendly even when the customer is wrong. You may keep them coming back to get that big ticket item.

1. Poor communication skills - language, foreign accents, etc.

2. Taking criticism personally - reps cannot get bent when a customer bashes their company - this is a great opportunity to turn an angry client into a great customer

3. Lack of Caring - not listening properly, poor body language, rolling eyes, etc.
