@ Rawlyn. I think the question might mean "google" not "goggle". However for completeness:
To google - To search using google.
To goggle - To look at.
A gaggle - A number of geese.
A geggle - A person.
A giggle - A shrill often uncontrolled laugh.
A guggle - Flow in an irregular current with a bubbling sound.

"to google someone" refers to the act of looking up information about them on the Internet typically using a search engine. People sometimes use this expression even when the search engine they are using is not Google just because it has become so common to use that term.
Depending on how common someone's name is and how much information is available about them online, the user will be able to find out information about them.
Simply entering a name at google.com is not always the best method of finding information about a person depending on what you are looking for and how common their name is. You may want to specify the search by adding some information in the search query that you already have about them (location, occupation, school, etc.)
Also, some search engines specialize in finding information about people that could be more helpful depending on the goal. Such an engine is Zoom Info:

google has recently been accepted by the major dictionaries as a decent english word. it typically means to search for info on the web . so to google someone is to search for more info on someone on the web !!
example. tom : mary, tell me more about bill gates
mary : you can google bill gates.
hope u understand now.
what will you find about a person is dependant on how popular he is and how much documentation there are. so if you try to find your humble friend, the best you can get is his BLOG or personal website.
