The pain is coming from your colon and rectum. Do you have diarrhea or bloody stools? Some type of inflammation involving these structures is the obvious answer.

Well, about 21 years ago, I had the same symptoms and I ended up having an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy that was misdiagnosed. It ruptured 5 weeks later and I had emergency surgery to save my life.

Plz go to a doctor ASAP, sounds like your colon, but it can be a variety of things. Remember the abdomen has most important organs in it.

if you have a severe pain, go to the doctor. it may be gas or it may be serious. no way to tell on the internet. by defining it as serious, you have already determined that you need professional evaluation. pain means something is wrong.

You might have gas, take you a rolaid or some anti-gas meds and see if that helps. If all else fails, go to the nearest ER.

could be a spastic colon, but i would suggest you visit your GP to get it checked out for sure.

could be IBS. I have it and it does get pretty bad sometimes. Or it could be more serious. I'd say go 2 a dr.

You might have to poop.JK seriously though you should go to the doctor, it might be a kidney stone, you do not want to pass one. I dont know hope you feel better, good luck!
