it's a self contradictary theory.it is not based in fact and it is completely unobjective.since science is supposedly "objective in nature,it cannot be scientific.there is absolutely nothing to support the theory.there is not and never has been a fossil that would be a "missing link".if evolution were a fact, then we'd still be evolving.even if we did not, there would be"in-between" species, and there are not and never have been.everything therein based is on theory...look at it objectively and decide for yourslef what you believe is man's origin,it's not for me to tell you what to believe, but if you ask i will tell you what i believe...

You are making a HUGE assumption here, in that you assume that evolution happed at all.

No incident of evolution has ever been observed. If even one had, it would no longer be called the ‘theory’ of evolution. And don’t think that evolutionists all over the globe haven’t been trying.

There have never been any genetic changes observed that were beneficial or resulted in new information being added. Only mutations, or harmful changes caused by interference with the DNA has ever been documented.

For example, there are more than a million major genetic differences between humans and apes. According to the people who believe in evolution, we were apes 500,000 years ago. This means that we would have had to average 2 genetic changes per year to become human, and so that also means that in the hundred or so years since we've been able to study genes, there ought to have been around 200 genetic changes in that time, but no changes have ever been observed.

Also, there would have been dozens or hundreds of 'higher evolved' creatures, the so called 'missing links' leading up to man. If the apes 'evolved' into something better, then where are all these so called 'higher' forms of apes? I mean, why didn't they survive? They are supposed to have been 'better' than the apes, but they are gone, and the ape is still here. Why?

For many years, there has been a standing offer of $250,000 to anyone who can offer empirical proof for evolution. So far there have been no takers. Check it out at www.drdino.com

No scientist who believes in evolution considers it to be complete.
As for Apes you might want to look at the Bonobo which is a fairly recently discovered chimpanzee specie with disturbing behaviour similarities to human. More than any other ape.

But you asked the wrong question. Whether apes are still evolving is rather moot since we are unlikely to allow them the environment to continue natural evolution. Instead, ask if humans are considered done. Should all variations be considered "genetic defects"?

Apes ARE still evolving today and so are we. Animals don't stop evolving. Evolving only means that as the environment changes, animals that live in that environment change too. They don't change because they want to nor do they have any control over how they change. If the environment changes too fast or too drastically (global warming) animals go extinct! And living things don't become "higher" or "more evolved" when they evolve. They just adapt to conditions in the environment.

We didn't evolve from apes. If we did, there would be no apes left. Charles Darwin proved that theory wrong, and introduced the theory that we did share a primitive ancestor. Have you ever heard of the fossils of Lucy? it was a half-ape/ half-man creature which may be the key to the mystery. Give it a few more decades and we'll have the answer.

We came from ape like creatures, not exactly apes.

Apes are evolving, but slowly. A group of Japanese Macques learned to use the hot springs in Japan to keep warm in the winter. Spider Monkeys in Costa Rica learned to hunt clam when the tide is out.

Nah! We didn't evolve from apes. We were created by God.
If not, then just like you're asking, why aren't apes evolving? The Lord created every living being.

First. We didn't evolve from apes. (although my Dad looks like...oh, never mind).

Apes and Man have a common ancestor.

Who says apes aren't evolving? Have you checked their DNA? Or are you just going by their superficial attributes.

It therefore stands to reason that we did not comc from apes, nor did we comc from fish or any other species for that matter. If you really think about it, you have to have a whole lot of faith (or foolishness) to believe something so far-fetched as evolution. I'm glad we don't have to believe what people have made up.

Evolution does'nt say we came from apes. This is a made up lie from Christians. It says we came from a "common ancestor". Please, go to the library and do some serious reading ! BTW, these things take millions of years to happen. You can't watch it !
