4:30 A.M. every morning, no matter what part of the world I am working in.
I sometimes hate it, but if I stay in bed, I feel like crap for hours after I get up.
Good old Biological Clock still strongly ticking.
Family thinks I am weird for this, but can't control, even if I stay up late.
Of course, I may take a siesta during the day.
