remember that the incredible hulk gets stronger as he gets angrier, and superman is just not human and the only thing that can really hurt him is kryptonite. think hard about this one. tell me who and why u think that they would win. and oh yeah, just because the incredible hulk is green, that doesn't mean that he can weaken superman. he is not made of kryptonite.

I love the Hulk, but Superman would definitely win. Hulk's power comes from his rage and his actions end up being very limited; "HULK SMASH!" While Superman is intelligent and could use strategies against Hulk, not to mention Sups is faster, more agile and has various super powers (ice breath, laser vision, etc.) I don't see Superman even being that challenged.

Ok, just because someone doesn't have kryptonite, doesn't mean that they can't beat superman. For example, and someone correct me if i am wrong, Doomsday hurt Superman without the use of kryptonite. In fact, he KILLED Superman. Where's that theory of Superman can only be hurt with kryptonite now? Now, the Hulk is a bruiser just like Doomsday. But, Hulk is stronger and has tougher skin. He can regenerate just like Superman. Plus, the angier the Hulk gets, the stronger he gets. And I believe if Superman tossed him through a building or something of that nature, that is going to anger the Hulk. It would be a good fight, but my money's with Hulk. Even without kyrptonite.

Much as I hate to admit this, Superman would probably win this fight. I'm a Hulk fan, but when it comes down to it, the Hulk is human. He has to breathe and he can't change directions in the air (because he can't fly). Those are advantages the Man of Steel seems to have right off the bat. I know in the comics Superman has to breathe now, but only after holding his breath for a day or so.
If they got into a fight, Supes could goad the Hulk from a distance (say with heat vision) until the Hulk actually leapt after him. Once he was airborne, one good smack into space and the fight would be essentially over. The fight would probably continue in the Earth's orbit for a while, but as long as Superman could keep him there for even an hour, Hulk would pass out.
Hulk would be as tough a fight as Doomsday in some aspects, but not this one. Being a fan doesn't change that.

1. Batman kicks Superman's butt because he's smarter than Superman. Point: Superman
2. Hulk and Doomsday are very similar in M.O. and general attitude towards life. Point: Hulk

has anyone been hurt or killed by the Hulk's rampage(Superman would fight harder to prevent more; is Betty Ross nearby,She could either call Hulk down, or tell Superman the story. Is Lois in danger (when isnt she)Superman would go apesh*t on Hulk if she was. Then again if its one of the parallel realty Superman's who is quite frankly a fascist, the well he'd boil him w/ heat vision from space w/o so mch as a punch.

Why is it that its always about superman. If i do recall superman got his as kicked by Batman 15 times. And the hulk has been defeated many times as well. Tony Stark( iron man) made a hulk crusher suit and beet the hulk too.

i say Superman.. coz he has a lot of super power compare to Hulk.. unless the Hulk has kryptonite.. if the Hulk have kryptonite Superman might lose.. Hmm.. nope.. i dont think so.. Hulk didnt use his brain.. i thnk Superman will win..

Superman would not win against Savage Hulk because he would be uncontrollable. Merged Hulk would not beat Supes because he would not try to kill him unlike the Savage version (Noted: DC vs Marvel, Ron Marz)
