Hannaford's (a grocery store on the East Coast). I'd like to know how much money customers have received back as a result of the "double your money back quality guarantee", because even if you just didn't like it and you don't have a receipt, they'll give you double your money back! I've also had some experiences (as an associate) where customers are bordering on abusive in the way they act or talk and you're not supposed to tell them to go s**t in their flat hat or whatever. That's against company policy because "the customer is always right". ("You just have to take it," one manager said in response to a situation like this. The next time it happened, I just called a shift supervisor and walked away.) Managers always follow up on customer comments or requests for products not currently carried.

hmmm, i don't think there are many, i think it's all just a show, not actually it is just a show, i work in TK Maxx (we do try),and some of our customers, honestly, you don't want to know what i know. Nothing, literally nothing surprises me, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing at all.
