I've never heard of the "pretty envy" theory. Maybe you're just full of yourself and you think they are bitter because they are not falling at your feet. Maybe you're not as pretty as you think?

no not really because women get worse with age and men get better. Women out nunber men so men get to use women like subway trains. Finally, all the so called pretty girls are always alone and divorced, whereas Susie homemaker who can cook enjoy her 30 wedding anniversary
So that just goes to show that time and nature are not a woman's best friend. Does that mean that mother nature is really father nature?

I think you can not catorgorize men in one lump sum the same
as you can not catogorize women in one lump sum but you
have to look at each person individually. In a romantic breakup
for example some men may feel bitter, some may feel happy
the relationship is over, and some may feel nothing at all.
Every individual is different.

I think men and women become bitter through a series of personal upsets and disappointments that they are not able to work out and deal with to a satisfactory conclusion.

I've never met a man who was concerned about being pretty. I've also never seen a man complain when alone in a room surrounded by more beautiful women. From my experience, women are far more jealous creatures than men.

I may not be pretty but some parts of me are excellent! The only thing women have that I want is multiple orgasms but then I know women who say they have never ever had one orgasm so I think I'll remain unbitter.
