Give it 6 months if your still not pregnant then see a GYN.
Especially if you have been on the pill, one month isn't nearly enough trying time.

This will be month # 5 for my husband and I. I have already seen my doctor. She ran blood and found that I was not ovulating so she gave me clomid. If you have really good insurance and it doesn't cost much to see your doctor then I would go in a talk to them. They can give good advice and also they can run tests if you think there is something wrong. I know from month #1 that I was not ovulating because I used an ovulation kit and BBT method. So right after that is when I saw my doctor. I have been on clomid for 3 cycles now. I will know in a couple weeks if it worked this cycle.

YEP relax and quit trying.... when you least expect it to happen it will....... and if you have only been trying for a month technically you have only tried for 1 day because there is only 1 day out of the month you can actually GET pregnant... unless you ovulate more than one time... Just relax and let nature take its course...

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

a doctor once told me to take vitamin e 2 a day . they also suggested to put a pillow under the arch of your back after sex and hold your legs in the air for no less than 15 min.they also suggested to have your partner change the type of underwear that they wear.also they say that you shouldn't have sex everyday to let the sperm count increase.also they do have tests in the store to tell when you are ovulating and when it says that you are that is the best time to conceive.i would try these things and hopefully they will help you.

No just keep trying. You should be trying on the 14th day after your period starts. There also is an herb you can buy at health stores that boost your fertility... some moms swear by it. I forget the name though.

i would like to know if you have other children?, or if your spouse does, if you both do getting pregnant should be smooth and easy..(the fastest way) is to have sex during The period before your period.and after your period(7days)**ALSO TRY FOR AT LEAST 6MOS., IF NOTHING HAPPENS YOU BOTH SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR, MAY BE AN ISSUE W/YOU OR YOUR SPOUSE. YOU BOTH NEED TO GET CHECKED OUT.

First you need to know when you are ovulating, go to www.mymonthlycycles.com and figure out when your ovulating period is and then have sex on those days.
