Can you try this in Canada and then let people in the USA know how it went? We have enough problems here that we can' t take on any new experiments.

Supposedly, during the Super Bowl halftime show, this is roughly exactly what happens: nothing!

The septic systems of the United States are designed to be able to handle everybody in North America flushing the toilet at the same time and I'm sure that has happened before and we just don't know that it happened.

The sewer system may be able to handle it, but in case it didn't:

A whole hell of a crappy day (literally). Sewer systems would back up and human excrement would flood the streets in a toxic sludge liquefied by dirty water and urine, with any other things you may find in a sewer. Not to mention the hazardous fumes (I'm not talking stinky, although it will smell. When bacteria decomposes, er, matter, it creates a hazardous stew of hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptin, methane, and many other gases.) and utter chaos from the disgust and people trying to leave. Some may suffocate from the hazardous fumes, some may be engulfed in sewage, the toilets that were flushed would not be too pretty, it would look like a literally crappy piece of abstract art and "pee pee and poo poo" everywhere. Not a pretty day. Not at all.

Nothing, North America is a very large Continent and there are too many sewage disposal systems for anything weird to happen.

The southern hemisphere would fill up and we would have that many more illegals coming over the border.
