It could be just a change in your hormones. Have you been stressing a lot? Stress causes your period to slow down, there's a possibility of you being pregnant even though the test is negative, but you may just being having hormonal changes. I once had a missed period for 2 months but I didnt end up pregnant. If you miss another week or so, try taking another test. If it's still negative, you can wait alittle longer but in not much too longer it doesnt come, I would see a doctor.

This happened to me too a few months ago. I did two tests and thankfully they were both negative, i went to the docs and more or less was told not to waste their time which wasn't very helpful. I put it down to stress and i was so worried about it, that i was actually causing it to be late(ended up not eating or sleeping etc). If you've done the test correctly, and at least 3 days after your period was due, everything will be fine. The doc did tell me that the tests are VERY accurate.

If your period is late and if you have pink spotting that did not turn in to a period, I would advise you to let your doctor know. He or she may have you go in to do a blood pregnancy test which is more sensitive to early detection of early pregnancy. In other words, the urine test could be falsely negative because the pregnancy is to early.

It could be stress, but if you are only a week late it could be a bit soon for a pregnancy test to show up positive.

Either you didn't estimate your period date right or it is stress. Wait a week and if you don't get ur period try to test again, if it is negative go the the doctor and get a blood test. They are more accurate than urine tests.

YOUR CYCLE IS PROBABLY CHANGING,I DO SUGGEST TAKING ANOTHER PREGNANCY TEST AND THEN IF YOUR PERIOD STILL DOESN'T COME AND THE TEST STILL IS NEGATIVE THEN YOU SHOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE YOU COULD BE PREGNANT IN YOUR TUBES AND THAT WILL NOT GIVE A POSITIVE ON A URINE TEST.

you could be stressed out that happens to me sometimes and its happened that i was worried if i was pregnant but it was just stress but if you dont get it in like another week go see the doc. my doc says two weeks is fine but if youre not pregnant and the tests say negative it could be a thyroid problem or something just dont let it go more than 3 weeks good luck

you could be stressed, working too hard, whatever. I have missed periods or been a week late because I wasnt eating right or I was working too hard, or just stressing about school or my first child. Ask your doctor.
