my period was supposed to come on yesterday. i spotted like a drop. this morning, it was like a period but now it has stopped. what should i do?

well lets see here, there is a slight possibility that you could be..spotting is very rare less than 1% of all women will get spotting during their period.
But chances are you aren't pregnant. Maybe you are just going through some hormonal changes and your body is switiching up on you. last month, i had spotting for 3 days before i got a full period. It could also be stress, stressing yourself out is just delaying your period and making it hard for you to relax so that the blood can flow through your body, just give it a couple days.
and if u bled enough yesterday to a point where you needed a pad, or had to change your pad, then you are definetly not pregnant, it is medically impossible to get a period and be pregnant, because if u shed blood, u are shedding the line of the uterus and the baby just cant survive by holding itself up( it would cause in a miscatrrige)
So, you just never know the changes your body may be going through. And since this is that time of your period, you could always test with your FIRST pee of the day, pregnancy test are usually pretty accurate when you are pregnant.
ALSO remeber to take birt control into account, if u are on birth control then what u are going through with the spotting is perfectly normal and expected!

Wait until your period is at least two or three days past when it should be due, and then go buy a pregnancy test. If you've been having unprotected sex, then you certainly could be pregnant.

Shady, I think you should take a pt, it is possible that you could be pregnant. One of my close friends had her period up to about three months and did not know that she was pregnant, she also delivered a healthy baby boy, take a test its accurate.

I could just be a womanly change in the flow of your period or yes, you might be pregnant. Get a pregnancy test ASAP to be sure.

any time you have sex, you are taking the chance of getting pregnant. Wait a few days and take a test or make an apt to see your dr.

take an early ept...wait a lil bit though.if you worry you will cause it to delay further ..unless youve had unprotected sex, and are trying, take your ept to be sure..or just wait..and watch for more symptoms..a missed or slight period..is just one symptom.
