No u have to lift weights srry but That's the way to get strong

DO NOT BEGIN LIFTING WEIGHTS AT YOUR AGE. When to begin depends on how fast your body matures. 12 is way to young for anything outside of playing recreational sports. Focus on developing balance and speed. When you pass 16 watch as your body matures and when your growth spurts stop between 16 and roughly 20, then look to light weight training. I saw many of my friends bulk up lifting very heavy weights and now in their early 20's they have the joint aches and pains of a 40 year old. I am 21 and begninning regular strength training and experiencing great results OVER TIME. Be patient and speak with your doctor. Good luck and enjoy your youth!

There's no healthy way to get big muscles quickly. Muscles build slowly with hard work.

So, it's weights, pull-ups or push-ups for you, my friend.

sorry but you have to lift really heavy weights and for abs do alot of sit-ups and push-ups nothing like that is easy sorry
