She makes fun of me,my dog my sister and tells me to shut up all the time. When we did a lemonade stand she wont help me for the stuf but she is also a great friend. She helps me when times are rough and talks to me and I can trust her but is she really a friend

Maybe she is teasing a little too much and she may not realize that she is hurting your feelings. Tell her how you feel because she may not realize how much this is hurting you. If you feel she is a good friend then I would talk to her about this and if she stops then she is indeed a friend but if she doesn't then I would part ways. Give her a chance to change as it will take some time to adjust.

Hummm....she's a friend with an attitude! Hey, Just tell her this: I feel humulated and upset when you talk about my family and don't do your part in projects.
That way, you're not putting the blame on her, but actually telling how her actions make you feel. She should take you seriously. Also tell her about all of her good qualities and how much you value her friendship.
I think she just doesn't know how to interact at certain times. Maybe something in her family life is causing her to act-out like that. Get to know her better and give it a chance. If things don't improve, get a new friend who will love and respect you.

I think you're friend might be jelouse of you and insecure about herself. The most you can do is feel sorry for her and give her compliments.
