If the product was bad, then report him to eBay. If not, then he's just a jerk.

No, I don't think you got scammed. Sometimes the seller might have a reason for not checking their email (for example, being on vacation for a few days). Looks like the seller has no negative feedback from his buyers, and his ID history indicates he's been around for about 3 years so I'd give him a chance.

Ebay gives you 10-60 days after the listing ended to open up a dispute. If you don't receive your item within a reasonable shipping time, I'd open a dispute through Ebay. There is a process they want you to go through, like emailing the seller and trying to resolve the dispute between yourselves. If that fails, you can elevate your dispute to a claim, and Ebay will reimburse you for the cost of your item up to $200 minus $25 service charge. You must do this before 90 days after end of listing or otherwise you're out of luck.

If you do not check a company before entering into a transaction, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center (www.fraud.org) these days, you can easily find out more about a company using the internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.

I think everything on the Internet is a scam. I stick with vendors who have a good reputation and who have been in Buisiness a long time..Like Circuit City and stuff. But it still not sure fire. E-bay deals with people, and anytime you deal with the public, you most certainly will at one point get scamed.

When you buy something on Ebay, you trade a good price for sometimes poor customer service and/or delay in shipping.

Patience is a virtue.

I would send multiple emails over ebay to him. He may just be missing them. Hit send, then the back button and hit send again and do this several times. He will see it now if he wants to.

Judging by the date, you should give him a chance. A lot of people have other things to do and can't always get to their messages.
