lots. Britain is the main one. then theres lundy, anglesey, isle of man, outer hebrides, inner hebrides. arran, orkneys, shetlands , rockall, holy island, isle of wight, channel islands, isles of scilly. (NB shetland and orkney and hebrides have hundred's of islands within them)
