1. Assuming he begins his journey *immediately*, he must travel 56 miles per hour to traverse 28 miles in 30 minutes.

2. 9^9, or if you will allow a shorthand notation, 9E9.
Or if you literally mean "2" digits, then there is no limit, 22222...
Or if you mean 2 digits of "2" digits, then 2^2 or 2E2
EDIT: Oops, here's a better answer: 99! factorial notation (or again, 22!)

3. The word "Paris" begins with the letter "P", and the word "Ends" begins with the letter "E".

number 1. I would say at least 60 miles per hour. Then youd make it 2 minutes early, just enuff time to get out and punch in or whatever you do.

number 2. Using only the 2 digit, the largest would be 22. If thats what you meant, but if u meant any 2 digits. it would be 99.

number 3. I have no idea , paris ends with an S. unless you wanna go far as europ "e"

1. From rough calculations in my head and rounding up, I would say maybe averaging 58 miles per hour.

2. 99 or if you meant 2 different ones, 98

3. Because of the way the French spell it, I'm truly not sure sorry.

2. nine to the power of nine 9^9 (=387420489)

3. because thats how it is pronounced. Or maybe bacause it is also known as "paname"

being somewhat talented, i can write any number you like using only 2 digits. or if i have tape i can tape the pencil to 1 digit and write any number you like.
