I'm unsure of how much blood flow affects them---does it noticably darken or redden their cheeks?

Perhaps I phrased this wrong. Is it noticable, to the naked eye. Do their cheeks get noticably redder?

Obviously it would depend on a person's skin. Blushing is more of an emotional reaction like embarrassment or shyness. You wouldn't be asking this question if you interacted with more ppl of color.

Yes, we do blush. Depending on the particular Black person's amount of melanin, you may or may not be able to see the blush. For example, other people have noticed when I am blushing because my skin tone is light enough that you can see it.

Yes we blush and it is red. Well I do and my husband does. We are both light skinned. I've never seen his dad blush though. He is very dark. Black people tan too! Incase I'd see another silly question like this.

Black people do blush just like all other races although it is harder to notice because of the pigment in their skin. Because they are darker, the red color that comes with blushing less visable.

I am white, first of all, and if all I had to do, was sit around and wonder if Blacks (no insult intended) blushed or not I would find something better to do, like wonder WHY does water have to seek it's own level, or why is it easier to walk on level ground than up a steep hill. Makes about as much sense, doesn't it?

What kind of question is that. When your sitting in the sun tanning no less and you begin to darken do you blush? it's the same concept because the skin is darker doesn't mean that we don't blush.

yes, we blush, its just hard to see because we have more active melanin cells in our skin. I'm middle toned and when I'm really hot my nose and cheeks get noticeably redder, but if i were darker you wouldnt be able to see it

all human beings blush , it depends on their color skin to show , blushing appears clearly in very white skin ppl , because they have transparent skins to show blood flows in the veins .

i am sure that everyone blushes. It just isn't as noticable in some people due to their skin tone.
