Oh, that is so cool! I'm into that too-- here are some things I've done.
- Line all the way around with funky turquoise
- Black eyeliner on bottom and top, smear shimmery gold eyeshadow all the way around
- Line half of the top with black, and then half the bottom, so they meet in sort of this shape around the side of your eye: <, and the other halves with any other colors.
Love the star idea, I should try it!

You have really pretty eyes,I wish mine were that pretty! Try experimenting with some friends, that's how I find new ways to get my eyes to look awesome, like I put a lot of rainbow colors all over underneath my eyes, and then some on top,and I used yellow or blue eye liner and mascara.

Smokey Cats Eyes. Ingredients for powerfully sexy eye makeup:
* Black eyeliner - pencil. Ensure that it is sharp.
* Black eyeliner - brush. The thinner the liquid eyeliner is the better.
* Eye shadow brush. Thin stumpy bristles are best to maintain control.
* Dark eye shadow. Irridescent rather than flat matt (too hard), or shiny (too messy).
* Highlight shimmer for under the eyebrow. Avoid garish looking ‘high glitter’.
* A good eyebrow pencil. Try to select the most natural shade for you as possible.
* Eyelash curlers.
* Black mascara. Obviously choose a quality brand to avoid clumping and ‘spider eyes’.
Step-by-step instructions for smokey cat eyes:
Apply your foundation, under eye concealer and powder.
Using your black eyeliner pencil, start from the front corner of your eyelid. Draw a soft smudge line to the end of your lash line.
Use your eyeshadow brush to apply the dark eye shadow over the top of the smudged line for a soft smoky look. Ensure that the edges are neatly blended.
Then take the brush eyeliner and apply as close to your lashes as you can on the top lid only. Make the line as thick and pronounced as you wish, but make sure that the line is thickest at the outer corner, and thinner as you go inward.
Apply another smoky coat of eye shadow with the brush to blend the harsh edges.
Subtly blend your darker eye shadow up from your lashes to your eye crease. Then apply a shimmery highlight in white or cream under the outside corner of your eyebrow.
Use your eyebrow pencil to make your eyebrow curve more pronounced.
Curl your eyelashes, then apply thin coats of mascara, building the layers up gradually to avoid clumping.

Put a light shimmer on your lower lid. Like gold (for summer). Then take a thin eye brush and trace a line in the the crease of your lower lid.(like tracing the top of your eyeball) from your inner eye to your outter using a black shadow for intensity). then use a brown (or whatever color as long as its dark) on your outter eye. blend with the black, twoards the outter corner. Like a cat eye effect. Put a liquid eye pencil on your finger and dab it in you outter corner of your lid. Thats the blackest black you can get. take liquid liner. Like loreal liquid eye iner. Comes in a tube. Dont buy the kind where you dip because the brush isnt thin. Go from the inner corner working slowly out. Do a 'wing' out of your outter lid. Itll make your eyes look like a cat. Lift your pencil after every stroke. Not one long stroke. Get as close to the lid as possible. Take your time. I take a black eye pencil and line the inner bottom lid. The pink line that goes close to your eye. Then i draw out more so it doesnt look 80's. I like to pull the bottom lid down a little so i fill in every space in with the eye liner.I take a q tip and smudge it together. and lick the q tip and wipe away and access smudge under your eye. then, i get a flat eyeshadow brush, dip it in whatever color and line my lower eye withthat color. then i put alittle hairspary on my fingers and apply them to my lashes like im putting on mascara, use an eyelash curler and apply mascara. I like benefit bad gal eye liner and estee lauder volumous mascara. if you wanna go cheap use loreal volumous. If your lashes get all stuck together, use a safety pin to seperate. But you cant have shakey hands.
As for your brows, groom them, then use a chap stick or sticky lip balm and brush them UP. use a sharp eye pencil and fill in a little of the OUTTER eye brow to make them look more 'up' and arched. Go as close to the outter brow as possible. Thats y u need a sharp pencil. Not under the brow. Seal them with hair spray on you fingers and dab your brows, that will keep them in place.
Also, if im using false eyelashes, i cut only the outter corner off of them, so i get the cat eye look and paste them on my outer lashes only.
I dont know, but thats what i do.

Wow, sky is the limit. Say, try using different color on each eye.
