Missionary is probably the most common (both people laying down with the boy on top), but girl on top is also a good one. It gives the girl a lot more control over the situation, because for a lot of girls who haven't had sex before, it can hurt a little bit if the boy goes too fast or too hard. Just talk with your partner before you start and decide what would make both of you the most comfortable.

I know it is ignorant for us to hide our heads in the sand and prefer to believe that our wonderful young people are not having sex. As a mom and teacher, I would encourage you to reconsider any position of sex - other than 'not having any' until you and your body are physically, emotionally, and spiritually ready for this first-time occurrence. Sex is nothing to play with. Once you have opened yourself to a young man, you cannot get this very private and intimate and wonderful thing back. Even if you think you have selected the 'right' mate - both of you are so in the dark about the repercussions that can spring from this one night decision. Just think about it - if you are asking the general 'world' what 'they' think the best posture (means standing) rather than 'position', it tells me that you are certainly a little bit too immature to be performing the act. This is something that God has given us that is so natural. You would never have to ask anyone about a "best position" if you were ready. Please, please, please wait....

i would say that doing it missionary or lying down would be the best position because it might take him some time getting it in there by you bein a virgin.

it is missionary position but always go for sfe sex to avoid vd and unwanted pregnancy
