there are lots of changes going on now...don't worry...the first time I have seen my face in the mirror, I fainted...so don't look now, just think how beautiful u will look later on...it takes about 6 month to get the right look..the way u really will look for the rest of your life...I no its kinda hard to understand..but your new nose has to "set" first..

you can never predict the outcome of plastic surgery the day/week/month after the procedure. you will have lots of swelling and thisngs will look different in 6-8 weeks. So be patient before you freak out

Why not wait a reasonable amount of time for your body to adjust and any excess swelling to go down around it before panicking?

Call your cosmetic physician and ask him. God knows you probably paid enough for your nose job so he should be able to answer any and all of your questions...
