The odds of you being pregnant are rare---not impossible.
I have a friend who got her tubes cut and burnt even and she became pregnant.
If I were you I would take a pregnancy test and see what that shows. You have 2 kids, you know where to go from there if its positive.
Or you never know, if it shows up negative, you could be having anxiety. I get that feeling when Im having anxiety.
Either way you should talk to your doctor.
Good Luck! You can always message me on yahoo if you have anymore questions. cutiepie37_1999. I will be happy to help you in anyway that I can. Im only on here to help people and collecting points are not important to me. so hit me up anytime. Thanks, --Jen

If you just started your period than I doubt you are pregnant. The fluttering feeling won't happen until you would be 14+ weeks pregnant. It may just be hormones as they can make your intestines feel jumpy which is a very similar sensation. I had then when I went off the pill to conceive my 3rd child. I swore I was pregnant because of that feeling and my OB said it was just hormones. She was right. I didn't get pregnant until 3 months later.

I had my tubes tied in 2000, in Dec. of 2002, it hit me that I was pregnant. Dr told me I was not, tests came back that I was. I gave birth to twin boys in 2003. Don't believe you are not just cause of the tubal. Have a Dr. check. Good Luck to you. I knew I was long before the tests came back positive. sometimes you just know.

It could be that you are pregnant. You should at very least take a pregnancy test, but probably should consult your doctor.
Peterson HB, et al. (April 1996) The risk of pregnancy after tubal sterilization: findings from the U.S. Collaborative Review of Sterilization. Am J Obstet Gynecol. 174(4):1161-8.
*
A multicenter, prospective cohort study was conducted in U.S. medical centers. A total of 10,685 women who underwent tubal sterilization was followed up for 8 to 14 years.
* A total of 143 sterilization failures was identified.
* Cumulative 10-year probabilities of pregnancy were highest after clip sterilization (36.5/1000 procedures) and lowest after unipolar coagulation (7.5/1000) and postpartum partial salpingectomy (7.5/1000).
* The cumulative risk of pregnancy was highest among women sterilized at a young age with bipolar coagulation (54.3/1000) and clip application (52.1/1000).
* CONCLUSIONS: Although tubal sterilization is highly effective, the risk of sterilization failure is higher than generally reported. The risk persists for years after the procedure and varies by method of tubal occlusion and age.

You can still get pregnant with your tubes tied, though it is near to a hundred times more difficult.

I know my sister got preg. after getting her tubes tide. So it is possible. I would go to the doc or take a test if you think you are, but it might just be gas or something.
