their you can find free russian tv online.
To learn russian language I advice you to take some classes on russian language to learn basics and to learn how to read ( that should not be hard ) after that I advice you to watch a lot of russian tv online ( even if you do not understand anythiing ) for several hours everyday and to read a lot in russian ( read fast and do not use dictionary, read a lot and do not worry if you do not understand anything at the beggining).
The more russian tv you watch and the more russian material you read the better your language should become.
First you might feel boring but later you should start to understand and get excited.
Anyway, best way to learn language is to talk to russian people ( remmember only russian, no english, no translation, no dictionary ).
Try to stay in touch with russian language as long as you can ( for several hours a day if you can ).
Maybe within 3 to 4 years you will speak gooooood russian language.
Thank you.

relies upon on the guy and placement. See, i'm Black Welsh/Ukrainian and that i'd like to visit Russia and Ukraine. I parent by using the time I end college possibly issues may have calmed down somewhat. seems to me i'd do in Russia what i'd do in Ottawa: be responsive on your surroundings. Dont be paranoid. stay to the vacationer factors / places the position many each man or woman is and watch your self in unusual neighbourhoods at nighttime. Dont bypass off on my own. those sorts of issues. That is going for everywhere, no longer only Russia. it is like Ottawa except you're extra conscious. BTW, i imagine issues are like that for the time of Russia quite as a results of Chechnya/Caucasian people struggling with/Afghan and Chechen terrorists, etc. each man or woman is drained of terrorism and they prefer to strike again, that is comprehensible. some people will take income of a foul situation and make it worse by using including their own biases antagonistic to a collection of folk. lots of those 'Neo-Nazis' are only bullies searching for people to conquer up. they're no longer political; they a lifeless ringer for fecking people up, even killing children from time to time. those mudaki aren't to any extent further maximum Russians. a lifeless ringer for our close by Canadian criminals do no longer represent Canada.
