Yes, there are a lot of good children's parks in Tribeca, but at this time of year, I'd really recommend ones by the Hudson River (there are several parks) There's one that is closest to the Chambers Street crosswalk which has lots of activities for kids of all ages, including a rack of storybooks, ping pong tables, paddles, etc. There are also scheduled activities too which are led by parks employees.

Slightly to the north, the area that used to feature mini golf is currently under renovation, but the art shack is still up and running. They also have several activities, board games, ping pong tables, art supplies etc. perfect for kids.
