There are a lot of guys that are just a little shy to pee so openly. A lot of guys I have known couldn't pee with someone standing next to them. I'm not particularly shy, but some places like amusment parks dont make it very easy on me. I would just say your are an extreme case of that. When it comes right down to it, do what feels good. You arnt hurting anyone.

its stage fright and it only happens if you are insecure about your penis being seen by another that may happen to glance over. I try not to think about it and stare at the wall or read the advertising or graffiti. Stalls are better and you feel more privacy but sometimes you have to use the urinal. Just go for it and say to yourself that oh well if he looks over, then that is his problem......I'm here to take a piss!

They are like the women who can't pee unless there is cover noise, like flushing. Some people are just embarrassed by body functions.

I have a hard time if there is no wall between urinals and someone is standing right next to me.

I can't crap in the toilet unless there is no one else in the bathroom (I'm talking about public restrooms here - I usually don't crap at home with a bunch of people in the bathroom anyway).
