Wiping the keyboard with a dripping wet cloth will short circuit keys and damage computer.
Brushing vigorously on keyboard with even a dry cloth will spoil the spring action of some keys.
Wiping some low-cost keyboards with alcohol or other solvents will dissolve the letter markings.
Use a keyboard cover and do not eat or drink near computer, 6 feet distance between eating and computer work. Wash hands and wipe clean before using keyboard.

I've heard that if you seal off the plug, you can safely put a keyboard in a dishwasher - but I've never tried it, and take no responsibility for anything that might happen if you do...

Moisten a cloth with bleach, "Javax" and carefully wipe each key. Make sure to unplug the keyboard before you start.

Get some disinfectant pads or just some Lysol Spray...don't spray it to where it builds up on the keyboard, just lightly over it...

try spin cycle with a whole bottle of bleach - that should take care of the germs and the viruses.

just use some disinfectant spray. It's just a key board you wont mess-up anything. If you don't want to do that than use some disinfectant pads.
