if you have the wrong type of eye shadow/liner applier, yes, it can. some of my friends believe a pencil applyer streches your lids so be careful if you use it. others believe that an brush is better because it's very light and doesn't need force to apply it so it doesn't stretch your eyelids

No, but pulling and tugging at the skin as you put eyeshadow on will take its toll over the years, so apply gently.

Who ever told you that is crazy, but overtime make-up will make you look older than you rea;ly are, just be your self and let your skin age on it's own.
